My name is Susan Thomson and I am proud to be one of approx 500 global 9D Breathwork Mentors.  9D Breathwork is a combination of hypnosis and breathwork, accompanied with a range of different frequencies, vibrations and noises in order to enter your subconscious mind.  When there, we can reframe thoughts and beliefs, release trapped energies and traumas to finally rewire the mind to a set of new beliefs and thoughts.  

Having been mentored by Bob Proctor and other personal growth and spiritual coaches, I am convinced that the mind is the gateway to a better life.  To replace old thoughts, change your perception to accept a holistic mind and reframe your self concept, will result in an improved way of being.  

I work with people who want to live a different way, free of stress, worry and doubt.  I have always believed that life is meant to be joyful and full of abundance - I can show you how to get this.  I work with you as a mentor, rather than a coach; a mentor will guide you, leaving you with a set of tools to tackle the every day life events that can cause chaos.  

Working with you, incorporating 9D breathwork, meditation and hypnosis (I am a Certified Hypnotherapist), results in rapid reprogramming of the subconscious mind, one of 4 parts of the mind that I work with.  I will also show you how to connect with your super conscious, which is the part of the mind that will do all the heavy lifting for you, in order for you to live the life you desire.

Who am I?
I have been working with Family Constellations for over 7 years and I also hold space for Women's Retreats, Innerdance, Tantric Massage and Sacred Sexuality. I am deeply committed to bringing through The New Story; the dissolution of the old Victim and Perpetrator dynamics found in all of our interactions, and the step into our biggest resource - our uniqueness and individual place in the bigger system.
