The Selkie Collective is an Eco Conscious Refill Shop & Women's Community Collective based on the Isle of Skye, the business was founded by Emma Bee & Amy Bentall in 2021.  Since then they have connected with hundreds of women from all over Scotland to help create many different kinds of spaces for women to come together.

Their aim is to provide the local community with products, information, events and resources, which all have the environment and women’s health & wellbeing in mind.  Amy & Emma have a passion for taking care of this beautiful planet and caring for one another , creating safe spaces for women to come together and connect.  They believe in holistic health starts with connection, connection to nature, to others and back to ourselves.  

The Selkie Collective offer a diverse range of events and sessions in the Skye & Lochalsh area, from day retreats, yoga for new mothers, warm hubs, menopause chats, sound baths, singing and much more!

We are twin souls in divine union and we are located just outside of Glasgow.

About us:

We are multidimensional psychic mediums, galactic channels, light language activators, quantum energy healers and certified New World Practitioners. We are also spiritual guides and mentors for others and have a huge role in assisting humanity at this magical time of global awakening and ascension on our beautiful Mother Earth.  It is our soul purpose to awaken, assist, guide and support other souls on their spiritual and healing journey- the journey back to wholeness, the journey back to your authentic self.  We assist others to RE-member who they are and to become the highest and best version of themselves. Our ethos is to learn to LOVE and accept yourself unconditionally first and foremost, all the time and every time as that is the basis of all self-healing journeys.  As twin souls we have both had very difficult and challenging paths and have undergone many initiations to prepare us for our roles as healers, coaches, mentors and guides for others. We have battled through many traumas, bereavements, addictions and emotional and physical health problems, we have walked through much darkness to become the light. We draw on our multitude of experiences and the knowledge and wisdom these blessed us with to assist others to begin to LOVE themselves once more, reclaim their power and heal themselves and their lives.  

I have a background in healthcare and spent 20 years working in the NHS latterly as a Nurse Practitioner & Nurse Prescriber, I left the profession in 2022 establishing INDIGO BLUE STAR with Garry after becoming increasingly unaligned with the organisation and it's ethos following my spiritual awakening and the beginning of my holistic health journey in 2018. Garry had his own business for many years and ice cream and grocery vans and was always a listening ear and support for others, he was always a guide for others and was awake to the fact that he was here for a much bigger purpose.

Both of our spiritual awakenings and holistic health journeys were triggered by ill health and physical health problems and led to us seeking solutions outside of the medical system.  In September 2022 we travelled to Ixtapa, Mexico and became double certified whole life coaches and Wolfe non surgical practitioners with Dr Darrell Wolfe and the doc of detox team gaining our New World Practitioner Certification. We are the first certified practitioners in Scotland and are among only a handful in the UK.

Wolfe Non Surgical deep tissue bodywork is the most powerful bodywork available and gets to the root of your emotional and physical health problems, it is a restorative treatment and is not just for symptom relief like many other conventional therapies. We offer whole life coaching alongside this ground breaking treatment to assist you to become your own practitioner- unleashing your power to heal.  Wolfe non surgical deep tissue bodywork brings body tissues and organs back to life by eliminating scar tissue, removing crystallisation and calcification, it naturally restores unhealthy and dehydrated tissue back to it's healthy state, it is effective for a whole host of physical issues and can be used on any part of the body.

Croft4 is a unique intimate venue with on-site accommodation and group space, which works with a number of facilitators to provide bespoke and friendly wellness and creative retreats throughout the year.

Croft4 provides a combination of  beautiful and cosy accommodation, set in two converted cottages able to house a total of 7 guests at one time.  Also on site are a unique outdoor area perfect for group gatherings, ceremonies and out fire sharing. Open plan space for Yoga, Meditation and wellness practice, coupled with an on site Sauna and catering facilities.

Set next to the beautiful village of Broadford on the Isle of Skye, Croft4 offers two comfortable, semi detached self catering cottages. Our central location provides the perfect base for your Scottish Highland holiday or to Host a Retreat or Group Event gathering, only 15 minutes walk from the village of Broadford, with many local restaurants, shops and facilities nearby.  But close enough to Wild walks, sandy beaches and mountain trails and the great outdoors that the Isle of Skye is famous for.

Each cottage sleeps up to 4 four guests in two bedrooms, with an open plan living room and dining area, well stocked kitchens and many home comforts. Bespoke Scottish interiors, free wifi, hotel quality linens and little extra touches.  Croft4 is able to offer Twin sharing options and 2 x luxury single occupancy doubles, all with shared bathroom facilities.

I help those who are lost, broken and empty to find their way back to wholeness, through inspired art, meditation, creativity, energy healing, workshops and retreats.

Having overcome decades of sickness, disease and mental health struggles, it brings me such joy to share the practices with you, that enabled me to step completely into my fullness and enable my light to shine brighter than ever.

After leaving university in 2000 a corporate path in IT Project Management was forged – driven by money and status – but it wasn’t ‘me’.

By 2009, what had initially been a mere dalliance with paints and something partaken part-time became a full-blown passion and an unstoppable desire to create. The creative dream had been born and was something I had to pursue, no matter what.

I followed that creative dream to the stunning, rugged and wild far north of Scotland, and eventually to a beautiful 200 year old house on the cliffs, in Caithness, called Haven House.

Shortly after moving into our home in 2013 my health began to decline. Several autoimmune conditions were diagnosed, including endometriosis and inflammatory bowel disease. At my worst I could only eat 10 items of food, and my mental health took a serious dip. There were days I could barely get out of bed.

Deep down I knew that all of my sickness was happening for a reason – to bring me closer to ‘me’ than I had ever been. As I worked through every ailment or episode of sickness, I would feel lighter and more unburdened. Like peeling an onion, instead of seeing each layer as an obstacle I would see it as an opportunity to grow and a layer to discard in order to reach my potential.

This process went on for several years, until early 2020, when I had a very profound kundalini awakening, that purged away the last remnants of sickness and disease. Not only did the kundalini awakening heal me, but it awoke in me the ability to feel people's auras, and access the akashic records, via light language, which now flows very powerfully through my hands and my voice.

When I am in the healing zone, I am not only assisted by my guides, but your guides too, and an angelic realm that work with me. I use my intuition to release energetic blocks in the body that have caused sickness, physical symptoms and emotional trauma. I have a yurt in the garden, in Caithness in which I deliver the healing sessions, but they can also take place online.

It is now my joy and purpose to teach and bring you the tools that enabled my transformation, from sickness to wellness, to a full blown kundalini awakening and gift you with the ability to step out in your wellbeing journey, on a similar path, that has brought me from despair to exuberance, complete wellness and vitality.

Natural Meditation and Wellbeing was brought to life after many life struggles of my own and I found solace and strength in the practices of  mindfulness and meditation. My aim is to spread the peace, skills and self love I have learned along the way to as many people as possible in the hope of helping them find the benefits I have.

I grew up in Barrhead but moved to the Netherlands in my 20s. I struggled with auto-immune illness my whole life but in 2008 my allergies turned into anaphylaxis and almost killed myself and my unborn son.

I spent half my life on steroid inhalers which resulted in me contracting pneumonia twice and becoming obese. My skin also became addicted to the hydrocortisone creams I was using, meaning they no longer repaired the skin damage completely but if I stopped them my symptoms worsened. I was stuck in the vicious cycle of medicating to relieve symptoms but gaining even more symptoms as a result.

Luckily in 2017, I found the Wim Hof Method which started my route to recovery. In 2023 I also completed my studies as a lifestyle coach. I only wish I had started my journey sooner and had realised that sleep quality, diet/nutrition, stress relief, and exercise are the best medicines I could ever have taken.
I struggled with my health for years and spent more time in the hospital and at the doctors than I can count.

My goal is to guide people along the path to health and well-being in the most holistic and natural way possible. Our bodies are capable of so much more than we think, we just need to find the correct tools and confidence to set the healing process in motion. I know what it's like to struggle but I also know what it's like to get on top of your lifestyle and make the necessary changes.

I'm passionate about finding freedom around food, and helping others to do the same.  A phobia of food as a child resulted in an extremely restricted diet which led to years of chronic fatigue, anxiety, and depression as well as a Binge Eating Disorder.  For the past three decades, I've been exploring the connection between what we eat and how we feel, which led to qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist, Sugar Addiction Coach, and Plant Based Chef.

I now live a life free from sugar and ultra-processed food and am studying towards a Food Addiction Recovery Coach certification so I can help food addicts gain control of their food, health, and well-being.

The Sweet Escape is a new Food Freedom Collective that aims to provide helpful resources, support, and lifestyle tips based on my studies, scientific research, and my own personal recovery journey. I want to help you firstly understand what food addiction is and secondly all the ways that it's possible to kick the habits and find a life free from the shackles of food. All while shining a light on the practices of the media, food companies, and governments that keep us stuck in cycles of addiction, opting for processed foods over natural produce.
