Mo keeps old knowledge and wisdom alive through nature connection. She specialises in the use of wild plants, fungi and seaweeds in both food and medicine for greater wellness of both body and soul. She is the author of the award-winning 'The Wilderness Cure' which documents her year of eating only wild food, raising ecological awareness within the challenges of modern life. She also led a study called The Wildbiome Project uncovering the science behind a hunter-gather Western diet. Mo also has a Masters degree in herbal medicine and is part of the Claid Clinic, specialising in treating Lyme and chronic, 'long' bacterial and viral illnesses. She runs foraging walks, herbal workshops and wilderness retreats with fasting and rites of passage. Courses and talks are listed on her website.
