There is such a thing as fate, so if you have came across me then some things are just meant to be.
I am Steph, the founder of Helenergy Healing for Mind, Body & Soul.
The creation of Helenergy Healing was from the deep loss of my Mother Helen, I had a transformational experience happen after my loss and I knew I was here for a much bigger purpose to help others heal.
Helenergy is healing as a whole so nothing is missed for the person, I specifically help Empaths to reconnect to themselves and their true souls purpose in life by becoming a Helenergy Therapist and Healing Mentor.
Helenergy Healing is a combination of products, healing programmes, and accredited award - winning training, so you can help others to heal too.
Being an Empath can be isolating and we are prone to helping everyone else first, this often leads to resentment and burn out.
I support and empower Empaths to first heal themselves from trauma, so they can then help others heal with Helenergy Healing.
You deserve work that lights you up, with true passion, purpose, and potential for your soul.
I am based in Northumberland but I have lots of Scottish connections, so it feels natural to be here.
You can initially work with me 1:1 on a personalised Helenergy healing programme or via a group format - both programmes are delivered via a distance and online, for further training to be a Helenergy Therapist and Healing Mentor this training is in-person due to the nature of it's sacredness.
