Choosing and adhering to protocols

Choosing a healing plan and sticking to it is the way back to health. Food is a big part of that. Hippocrates said - Let food by thy medicine, let medicine by thy food He also said, Commit enough daily sins against Nature and you will experience disease

There is no one diet size fits all.
Diets only work if they are adhered to, a commonly overlooked fact.
Find a diet that heals and that you can stick to is hugely important for success.
There are 2 types of diet during healing.
1 for healing the gut and detoxing and 1 for maintenance.
If the body is screaming for help, we need to be uber strict.
This can be painful on every level. This is where the mind techniques come in.
This is where faith comes in. It has to be a fully holistic overview.
We will use 6 different nutrition protocols in the Community.

  • Juicing and fasting

No healing diet contains processed sugar and or processed grains and fats.
Diets need to be tailored for individual health and body issues as will herbs and supplements.
