What can you to to help your health and that of your family?

  • Learn how to breathe to change your emotions, chemistry and ph
  • Learn how to let go, then practise over and over to be free of the past
  • Spend at least 30 mins outside EVERY day no sunglasses, contacts, glasses, hats or sunscreen
  • Take to the hills, peat bogs, the forests or simply sit outside with your coffee/tea/water
  • Hang out with people who make you feel good
  • Watch a sunset or sunrise
  • Cut out sugar, dairy and or grains
  • Drink at least 1 liter of water or herbal tea a day
